Two sides race five stones up the same narrow lane. Land on an enemy stone to capture it — it rides beneath you from then on. Carry your captives all the way to the enemy's city and they're destroyed for good, while your own stone heads home to go out again. Lose all five stones, captured or destroyed, and the lane falls.
